Glitterflake/Vinyl

Glitterflake and Vinyl are categorized in the Direct-To-Film Printing Process. This process is when designs are printed onto a film and then transferred onto a garment using a heat press. A heat press is engineered to imprint a design or graphic made of vinyl or glitterflake with the application of heat and pressure for a preset time period.

Tackle Twill

Tackle twill, also known as appliqué, is the application of custom made lettering onto a garment. Designs are custom cut from a twill fabric and sewn on. Tackle twill offers an extremely polished look and gives a layered, three-dimensional apperance.

Screenprint

Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, and the process is repeated for multi-colored designs. Screen printing is heavily popular due to its versatility and vibrant color options.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is a digital printing technology that uses heat transfer to apply an image to many pieces of a garment which are then sewn together. Dye sublimation is incredibly unique in the sense that there are not as many color limitations in comparison to screenprint or embroidery.
