What’s the minimum order for private label hats?

The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Knit beanies have a 300-piece minimum. Because these hats are fully custom and manufactured to order — not decorated from stock — each run is set up specifically for you. If you need fewer than 100, our in-house embroidered and printed Hats & Beanies start at 6–12 pieces.

How much do custom private label hats cost?

Pricing is quote-based, because the cost depends on the style, the decoration method, the materials, and the quantity. Larger runs lower the per-unit price. Send us your project and we’ll put together a detailed quote — there’s no cost to get a proof and a price.

How long does a custom hat order take?

About 10 to 14 weeks for a first fully-custom run: roughly 2–3 weeks for sampling, 6–7 weeks for production, plus freight. Reorders of an approved style are faster.

Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes. Every project includes a free digital proof, and we produce a physical pre-production sample of the actual cap so you can hold, wear, and approve it before we manufacture the full run.

Can I put my own label inside the hat, plus hangtags and packaging?

Yes. You can add a custom woven or printed inside label, a branded hangtag, and custom packaging. It’s what makes these truly private-label — your brand from the inside out, retail-ready.
