What's the turn around time?

Our Lead Times vary by decoration method, but we're committed to accommodating your schedule as we strive to provide the best service possible. As a general rule, orders are decorated within roughly 2-4 weeks. Need it sooner? We offer Rush Services to turn your order around in under 1 week! Call us to talk about your order, we promise to under-promise and over-deliver!

Is there a minimum quantity requirement?

The Teehive offers custom decoration with LOW Minimum Orders and competitive pricing! Depending on the decoration method, our minimum orders go as low as just six pieces!

Can I provide my own logo/artwork?

Absolutely! Between our pre-made designs, and your logos and ideas, we will knock it out of the park! If you don't have your own design ready, click HERE to look through some of our awesome FREE designs! If you have your own logo or design, send it our way! For best results we recommend formats like ai, eps, or high-resolution jpeg or png. We're excited to bring your vision to life!

How many colors can I use for a screen print design?

The maximum allowed colors for screen print items is four. If your logo/artwork exceeds this limit, don't worry. Collaborate with one of our designers who can explore alternative options. We're confident you'll find a solution you'll be pleased with!

Can I see a sample before I place my order?

Certainly! Our local Teehive Colonies have showrooms full of our Best Selling items for you to touch, feel, and try on. In the rare case that something you're eyeing isn't on our shelf, we can order samples for you at a great price!
