What's the turn around time?

Our standard processing time for team orders is 4 weeks, but we're committed to accommodating your schedule as we strive to provide the best service possible. Digital Printing, Vinyl, and Spot Sublimation often wrap up within a week. Timelines vary by location. Ready to discuss? Contact us by phone or drop by for a friendly chat with our experts.

Is there a minimum quantity requirement?

A minimum quantity of 12 per item is required to streamline our production processes, allowing us to maintain competitive pricing for you. We're confident you'll love your product so much that you may even consider ordering more.

Can I provide my own logo/artwork?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own flair to the party – we welcome your logo/artwork. For the best groove, we recommend formats like ai, eps, or high-resolution jpeg or png. Let's make your vision come to life!

How many colors can I use for a screen print design?

The maximum allowed colors for screen print items is four. If your logo/artwork exceeds this limit, don't worry. Collaborate with one of our designers who can explore alternative options. We're confident you'll find a solution you'll be pleased with!

Can I order samples (Sizing Kits) to try items on before ordering?

Certainly! We provide sizing kits for most of our items. In the rare case that you're eyeing something not currently in stock, we can order samples for you at a great price. Your perfect fit is just a step away!
