How to Order a Customized Product

Follow these steps to design and order your custom team apparel from The Teehive.

1. Pick your product

Browse to the product you want (for example, the MOVE U Legendary Heavyweight Custom Team Jacket). Customizable items have a Customize button on the product page.

2. Click Customize

This opens our designer tool in a popup. The button may take a moment to become active while the designer loads — give it 3–5 seconds.

3. Design your product

Inside the designer you can:

  • Upload your logo or artwork (PNG, JPG, or SVG — high-resolution preferred)
  • Add text (team name, player name, number)
  • Choose fonts and colors from the available palette
  • Position and resize every element until it looks right

Use the rotation buttons to preview the front, back, and sleeves.

4. Save your design

Click Save (or Done) inside the designer. You’ll be returned to the product page with your design attached to your order.

5. Choose sizes and quantities

  • One size: pick the size from the size selector, set a quantity, and click Add To Cart.
  • Multiple sizes (team order): scroll to the Order multiple sizes grid and enter a quantity next to each size you need. Click Add all sizes to cart to send the whole roster to your cart at once.

6. Review your cart

Click the cart icon. Confirm:

  • Each size and quantity is correct
  • Your design preview shows on each line item
  • Quantities and prices match what you expect

You can change quantities or remove sizes here.

7. Checkout

Click Checkout, then:

  1. Enter your shipping address
  2. Choose a shipping method
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Place your order

You’ll get an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

8. Order confirmation & production

  • Proof: if your order needs a design proof, our team will email you within 1–2 business days to confirm before production starts.
  • Production time: custom sublimated items typically take 3–4 weeks from proof approval to ship.
  • Tracking: you’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
